They charged me $29 x 2 over the phone. I show up and neither the location or the call center knows where that $58 is. I had to call AMEX to reverse the charge.

The code to the indoor area of the storage units does not work. Have to use a screwdriver to jimmy the door open. Waiting for someone to accuse me of breaking in to my own unit. But the worst thing is, after we made the payment for first month, the fee nearly doubled. Their strategy is to get you to move all your stuff in there at a lower rate, and then immediately jack up the rate.

Friendly, helpful staff but price increase after the first month then they promise to keep it the same for you one more month if you keep storage and then lie about it and say that thats not what they said. So your left with no choice but to pay and move all your stuff elsewhere.
