They need to put another camera in back building to cover building K,L,M criminals broke into a bunch of units easily cutting thru a fence on 12th St. Units M24,M25 high risk of being broken into again. They try to find sensitive info to try to steal identities to get wire transfers unsuccessfully with Light Stream. Office knows about it but these criminals will be back unless they get more videos and cameras for company’s protection and customers. Mice ate thru our boxes left their droppings and P all over and we did NOT have food in there. Pics of fence cut but ppl can still crawl under it, pic showing no cameras to protect M, L, K back buildings. If you rent ask to be in front under a camera and lights that are better protected. PS $20 K spent on cameras is great but not enough. Spend a little more and get cameras videos to cover the back of those 3 building or don’t rent out M25 or next to it ever again. Other than that happening to us, we always liked New Prairie storage and used you guys a lot.

I am writing this in regards to the storage unit side of things. I don’t know about the realtor business they have as well. I real several bad reviews regarding realtor and almost didn’t rent from them. However, the situation both monetary and otherwise forced my hand. And, so far, I am glad it did. It was easy to rent a unit online, completely contactless. And the price was very competitive for the size that I got, around a small-mid sized unit. When I called them back regarding a question I had, they were very helpful. So, barring a catastrophe, I will allow this comment to stand.

I'm a new customer as of this writing/review. So far the NPS-L crew has been great with quick responses to queries at least during the week. I had questions they readily answered. Once I was established in one of their rental storage spaces, I had called in during the weekend reporting a stuck security gate. Sadly, the weekend coverage (as of this writing) is either lacking or the contact info is old? I hope they shift this to help customers a little bit better. Anyway, I had to leave a message and I have no clue if they got the message or the disposition. The gate was properly functional the next time I used it. So far, so good.
