Our company has been with New York Storage for 3 years. Their service is great and the staff are very helpful. When we had to move they provided the packing services and boxes and pallets for free :) It's wonderful to work with a company that supports small businesses.

Very friendly staff and clean facilities. I have used their in house moving service multiple times to bring items from my unit to other locations and they are also excellent and clear communicators.

I have been with New York Self Storage since 2015 and I have nothing but amazing things to say! The whole team is incredibly friendly and helpful! I use this for business so we receive many deliveries, the team ensures deliveries are handled with care and are placed into my unit no matter the size. They go the extra mile to make our storage experience is easy and enjoyable!
