North Star Mini Storage

I've been renting a unit with North Star Mini Storage for almost two years while working on home renovations. I chose North Star not only because of the convenient location -after touring several nearby facilities, I found the units at North Star to be the absolute cleanest, in addition to be being climate controlled. Others simply could not compare. I also want to share that their customer service is outstanding. Chuck, in the office, is the best!

I have been storing various household items at this location for some ten years or more. The current manager, Chuck, is always helpful and friendly, understanding my requests and ensuring I get access as needed. The place is clean and well lit.

I stored my kids college furnishings at Northstar Ministorage at the Minneapolis location over the summer. Chuck the manager there was incredibly helpful, professional and courteous during the entire process. I really appreciated the service I received there, will use them again next summer and highly recommend them.
