Office hours are sporadic. Poor service. Gave me a unit that is difficult to close and lock (but what do you do after the movers have moved everything into your unit and you realize its difficult to close and lock?). Discussed it with the on-site manager, he shrugged his shoulders. I went by today to pay by check since I am waiting for a stolen credit card to be re-issued. Site manager not on property again, and could not get into gate. Called the posted phone number multiple times to be let in and make payment - no answer. Went back twice today before "on-site" manager was present and could let me in. Would not waive late fee despite repeated absences. Asked office manager why he did not leave note on door or gate if he was going to be off property - he just gave me a blank stare. I would recommend looking around at other storage units in Gainesville before getting stuck with this company.
