READ THIS BEFORE YOU RENT! I rarely leave bad reviews but but this place is an exception. This place is awful - I do not recommend renting at this storage facility. Over the course of 2 years my rent doubled since you're at their mercy once you move your heavy stuff in. I had items stolen from my unit through an opening between units – the tops of the units are not fully enclosed, so others can access your space. Had my stuff destroyed by mice from a neighboring unit since the neighbor had dogs food in there. At one point, there were homeless individuals living in a neighboring unit around Christmas time, smoking pot. There was also a recurring problem with human feces being left in front of the units. I have since moved my belongings to a different facility, and the experience has been much better. Carefully weigh your options before committing to this place.

I have had multiple storage units over the last 11 years that I have lived in Eugene and never had a problem with any one of them until this one. Within 3 months, the unit was overrun with rodents. Northwest storage denies any responsibility for anything about their business, apparently including rodent Management at the property. All they can say is it's in the lease.

Came in and needed a small unit in between moves. Melissa helped me with the different unit choices, gave me tours of the units and security features such as fences, gated locked entry.
