I have been looking for a storage unit online that was a decent price and came across Northwest Self Storage. The price was low, the business was good and the unit was clean. The website was easy to navigate and make a reservation for the size of unit that I needed. When I came to purchase the unit, I met Melissa at the front desk and she was able to promptly help me to get exactly what I needed. Melissa explained everything in detail. She was nice, courteous and knowledgeable about everything I had questions about. When I saw the unit, I was more than satisfied at the quality And cleanliness of the unit. I would highly recommend Northwest Self Storage again and again. Thank you Melissa For the positive business experience.

Susan was an absolute gem in helping me close down my account, really sealed the positive impression i has with the company! No issues in the year I stored with them, only raised my rates slightly (from just under $100 to just over $120) one time - as was expected. Overall A+

Upon arrival was greeted by friendly and professional staff eager to help. The paperwork is a breeze. Locks are new in package as well as other supplies are on site and available for purchase. Given personal gate code and had zero issues with access. Gate works well without hesitation and property is well protected with cameras as well. With a variety of sized units, you can’t go wrong here. It’s centrally located, so if you have to grab a drink/food in the storage/moving process it’s quite convenient. Extra wide drive/pathways make it easy for even the largest of moving trucks/vans, and if you have mobility issues, you won’t find any barriers here. Unit was clean and both side roll up door and unit door opened and closed with ease and in good repair. Only thing I’d change is to have a light available inside the unit. Smaller units lack this. Larger ones have them if you’re looking for one. Hall has turn timer light and works well, just darker in unit (sunny day). Susan the on site manager was amazing and even checked with us to see how things were going. The company is lucky to have such a caring professional to look after and take care of the place and its consumers. Even got a call asking how the unit/move were! They truly care about their establishment and the people in our community. If you’re looking for an affordable, clean and safe place to tuck the overflow of a growing home, need a space for short or long term… and want a safe and secure place with Staff that cares.. look no further… This is definitely the place! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
