Love this place! Great customer service and helpful and caring! I've been a renter for years! Before my husband died, he was in and out of the shed frequently. Now that he's passed, I don't need to go often. But Rhonda still knows me and takes care of me. And, she asks about family and how I am. I smile when I go to the shed and when I pass by on IH35, knowing that I matter to them! The units are clean and convenient! The grounds are clean and neat. The restroom is open during office hours and accessible and clean, and has heat and a/c when it's very needed! The helpfulness of the staff has always been super! A++ service! They don't let me forget to pay, they remind me! They kept me posted and up-to- date during all the City of Georgetown upgrades and construction (now complete). I can't say enough good things about this place! I highly recommend these she's to everyone!

Mrs. Rhonda is by far the sweetest most nicest individuals I know. I fell on hard times and unfortunately had to let my unit go, but Mrs. Rhonda was with me every step of the way and helped guide me when I needed it most. Your items will be safe and secure at Northwest Mini Storage and that's what I suggest using them if you need a place for your things.

I have had nothing but great experiences with Rhonda since I rented a unit. The day I came into rent my unit she treated me just like she has known me for years. I call each month to pay my bill she ask me about my family and how I'm doing. Rhonda is a great manager and someone who genuinely cares about her customers!
