We were desperately looking for an economical and reliable storage facility. We walked in to the office on Independence as a last resort and were greeted by Patrick. Even though it was a few minutes before closing, he enthusiastically gave us some options and showed us around. Patrick has promptly responded to every email inquiry since then. I am very grateful that there are people in this world who still embody excellent customer service skills. I feel very good about having our treasured belongings stored here. Thank you.
