I am so pleased I went with this company to handle my local move!! Huge shoutout to Angel and T for an outstanding job. They were right on time, incredibly professional, and worked SO efficiently from start to finish. I can tell they’re experienced movers. They were organized, prepared, and made the most of every elevator load so everything went quickly and smoothly. They were strategic about where to park the truck and how to navigate everything efficiently, which made a huge difference. Their communication was excellent, and they worked together like a well-oiled machine. They were so friendly, cheerful, respectful, and they honestly made the day I had been dreading feel stress-free and easy. One thing that really stood out: I have a very large couch that was a nightmare during my last move…literally took four hours for a previous moving crew to get it into my apartment. Angel and T handled it like absolute pros. They wrapped it, put it on a caddy, maneuvered it with care, and had it in and out quickly and effortlessly. Total breeze. This is exactly why you hire professionals!! If you’re booking with this company, I highly recommend requesting Angel and T - you’ll be in great hands! 💪📦

Moving is challenging when you’re unfamiliar with local resources, and even more so when you’ve never used a moving company before. We were trying to donate furniture and household items in Redmond, WA. Habitat for Humanity couldn’t accommodate our timing and doesn’t enter homes, and ReSupply also didn’t align with our schedule, so we contacted On the Go Moving. From the start, Eric and Justice were great to work with. Scheduling was easy, communication was excellent, and they were always kind, respectful, and professional - and responsive even when we called over a holiday weekend. They also took the time to clearly explain donation-related moving charges, which was extremely helpful. They advised us to confirm in advance exactly what donation centers would accept, since movers are charged for any items refused and needing disposal or rerouting. That can increase your moving bill quite a bit. Because of that guidance, we contacted the Goodwill manager ahead of time, shared our full item list, and received approval. Our movers, Biaggio and Ricardo, were fantastic too - polite, efficient, and careful. I followed them to Goodwill just in case, and I’m glad I did, as there was a question about a desk with removed legs. Although that location typically doesn’t accept items requiring reassembly, they honored the prior approval. Pricing was very reasonable and invoiced as quoted. The experience was excellent from start to finish. I would absolutely use On the Go Moving again. Thank you, Eric, Justice, Biaggio, and Ricardo!

On The Go did a fantastic job with our move. We did an across-town (Redmond-Gig Harbor) move, and they handled it very professionally. Rates were competitive for the level or service (not cheap, but definitely not gouging in price). The crew was on time to the minute, they loaded and unloaded with care and attention to detail, and their destination setup was perfect. Special recommendation for the actual load crew: Hector and his colleagues were exceptionally hard working, friendly, and careful. If (for some insane reason) we have to move again, we’d contact these guys again in a heartbeat.
