We had excellent customer service at Redmond Mini Storage! Everything was explained to us in a friendly and professional manner. Staff is on-site daily, and there are security cameras everywhere. It feels very secure. Anytime we had questions or needed help, we got it. The facility is well-maintained, and we would use them again and highly recommend them.

Can not express enough how much I love this place! I have a storage unit and a vehicle storage spot. Everything is under 24/7 surveillance and they really mean it! Victor lives on site and I would trust my most prized possessions here with him. He is an awesome guy all around and so thorough at his job! I don’t care how far away I move I will always choose Redmond Mini Storage for storage!

We stored our RV here and it was great. The facility is well maintained and secure. The staff is on-site, easy to get in touch with, professional, and extremely helpful. Our experience here is so far above and beyond any chain storage place. I highly recommend them!
