I called in reference to an issue gaining access to my storage unit twice and twice Ma. Silva answered the phone and assisted me. She assured me this issue will be taken care of asap and she kept me on the line providing me updates. Silva was able to resolve my issue professionally with a great attitude. I tried calling to make payments, but I was told that I couldn’t make a partial one. No one ever mentioned a buyout option something I only found out about after they auctioned off our storage unit. At the time, my family was dealing with a death, and we were going through a lot. All of the things we worked so hard for years are now gone. We have nothing left. What hurts most is that when they asked for a positive review before, I gave it because I truly believed they cared. But now, after what happened, I feel completely let down. This experience has caused so much pain and loss in our lives. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what we did.
