They charged me about $4,000 in penalty because I was seriously injured and couldn't return to the proper location. For starters - I've never written a bad review in my entire life. Due to a serious injury during my move to Charlotte, I couldn't return the Uhaul to the original out of state location, so I returned my U Haul here instead and tried to contact them with an explanation (I was told to expect a call from them, but they never called). Instead of receiving a call, they went ahead and billed me thousands of dollars (more than triple the cost of the original rental) as a penalty. I offered to substantiate my claim by showing them medical records from my Emergency Room visit in an effort to get them to reduce the charge, but they didn't care. This is by far and away the worst customer experience I've ever had!

The customer service was great!! The manager Robert was wonderful in helping us with our storage unit. He was so friendly and took the time to help us. The facilities are very nice and clean. We had a very positive experience and would highly recommend!!!

Facility is clean and in good condition. Easy access both in location and security. Brittany does an awesome customer service job with units and U-haul rentals. Great place if you need it.
