Worst complicated experience ever and I've been renting with Uhaul for years. This location is the most unorganized, unprofessional location in Madison. After making my reservation ahead of time, I went to pick up the truck and there were NO keys, and the office was closed. After an hour of trying to get ahold of someone I had to go to another location where they only had a van. I reserved a 20" truck. Not the same!! Su h an inconvenience

My review is for renting a Uhaul here. My reserved truck was ready right on time, the staff person was super efficient and helpful; refueling was easy due to the location of nearby gas stations, and returning the truck after hours was super easy.
