Pete, who works in the office, is fantastic. He is so kind and will work with you to find what you need. I have been to other storage facilities and their prices fluctuate like airfare or rental car prices. It can change hour by hour, and what you sign up for the first month can almost double by the second month. This is not how Parker mini storage operates. The price they quote you is what you will pay. If you want your stuff to be safe, but you want to be able to access it all the time, but you don't want to guess what your monthly charge will be, this is what you should do.
