Andy was an amazing help upon my rental return and really was genuine guy helping us through the process!

The lady in the front desk was really rude… It almost seem that she had a problem with us speaking Spanish. And when it was time to make the contract she ask if it was going to be in my wife’s name and she ask dose she speaks ingles? Very unprofessional the way that question was asked. To later tell me that the reason was just in case she had to talk to her because they don’t have any translators. And told us to go elsewhere ware that spoke Spanish

Some of the staff people who answers the phone at 4:53pm, whom are not polite, say they cannot take payments over the phone because the computers shut down at 4:30pm. Perhaps try changing the hours in Google say your business closes at 4:30pm rather than 5:00pm could be helpful for busy people or have the option to pay online.
