Decent rates for when you do need to get a storage unit. Choose when you would like to have your payment automated (doesn't have to be the 1st of the month), and when you need to give them notice of vacating your storage, they don't need 30 days notice. The people that run the facility are respectful too. Some storage places tend to have rude and nosey receptionists/managers (the last place we rented from).

Very clean facilities the owners are so nice. My only complaint is the spider webs but that just because I'm a chicken for spiders and it's a storage facility. I really like that they have carts accessible for you too use and they are in good shape too. It is a small cozy facility I'm not sure how big their units get ours is pretty big and not too expensive either definitely recommend to friends and family.

Kind owner's and easy to communicate with. I previously was at one of the large storage chains and only having rented here for a few months I am so much happier. Personal pins and codes to get into the facility. Someone on site almost 24/7. Highly recommend renting a storage space if you're in the Tacoma area.
