Limited hours in office, often not there when they should be. Rarely answer phones and when they do often can't do what you need them to so you have to leave a message or wait til the right person gets back to you. Takes days or weeks to hear back from anyone. At least they are understanding when they do get back and are lenient about the delays this causes in payments. Speaking of, the billing statements are sporadic and hard to understand. I have been using them for six plus years and the problems have come and gone over the years. The reason I'm still here is cause their prices are a fraction of everyone else's. Guess you get what you pay for. And I know this won't show on the site cause they will only show the best reviews.

Great facility, however, their limited hours make it really hard to pay your bill. They need an automated system like online or open earlier on certain days. Also, we rarely get statements staying we need to pay the storage bill. Super frustrating.

i like to read reviews when im buying anything or going to a place for service. the reviews on this storage unit does not do justice. i keep pulling up 2/3 starts i would give this place a 5 start they are so friendly to me every time. you can pay over the phone with no fees and very clean lot. you guys rock!
