The staff was really polite, professional, helpful and provided a really great experience. The facility was well kept up, clean and easily accessible. They had the best rates even without military discounts. They offer great moving kits and they even have a moving truck that you can borrow (cheaper price than Uhaul). If you get a certain size locker they will loan the truck for free up to a certain mile, but you still need to pay for the gas. I 100% recommend Pleasant Grove Self Storage if you are looking for a place to store your goods. The only negative (not even a negative) thing I have to say is that you have to get your name in early especially for a climate control facility because they are always fully booked because of how good this place is. I was a tenant at this storage facility for 11 months. The location itself is tucked away on a non-busy road, a plus. It is very well maintained, consistently. It was very clear that the main front desk attendant, Sherri, took great care of her grounds. I don’t exactly know if she was the owner, but she definitely assumed that type of role and it was nice to see someone at work who cared about being there and cared about her attention to detail. 5 Stars. Would recommend for storage in or near Roseville.

The owner Sherry and her son really do deserve praise as they do an amazing job managing and taking care of their customers needs. I sold my house back in October and had to utilize storage in between housing which can be stressful and lot of work. They were always professional, flexible, and communicative with anything I needed which made my experience that much better! If you are looking for a good storage place with great prices and service, highly recommend Pleasant Grove Storage!
