PODS Moving & Storage

Mr.Gonzales is the marketing manager for SA PODS. He sent me an email wanting me to recognize his drivers. Did the drivers do fine? Yes BUT the rest of the experience was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Rude, didn’t care and talk back to you on the phone when you called. They through my POD around so much it moved the washer and dryer 3 feet. They damaged a $2,000 safe, a new TV and several other items. The items shifted so much we couldn’t get the door open. Literally the washer slid against the door. I packed it with all this in mind. I would never recommend PODS based on the damaged to my items and the horrible customer service I received. I’ve included a pic after we finally got the door open. The POD was packed perfectly and extremely organized. It was insanely trashed when we finally got it open. It literally looked like they put the POD in a paint can shaker! There’s your very honest review Mr.Gonzales.

We used the PODS service to move from Texas to Minnesota. We had 4 different drivers between the pick and drop off of 2 pods. Everyone was so polite and helpful also learned one of the drivers made the same move we did a few years back and he just solidified how making that move was a good decision. Thank you PODs Eagan for all of your hard work!

I am using PODS for the first time. The communication in preparation for the delivery of my POD has been excellent. I felt I had a good idea of what to expect on delivery day. Tate was my driver. He did an exceptional job with the delivery and explaining things. He answered all my questions and offered helpful advice about supplies for my move. I really appreciate him taking his time to make sure I felt comfortable with the process!
