Even threatening texts from employees accessing anonymous information from other locations. Having a friend having to file a police report dealing with this. And you say it’s not a real thing?! Best option would be to say OOPS - we are handling the issues now. “We would never want our customers to feel unsafe around our employees and we definitely would never condone staff using customers personal information for their own agendas.” “We are working to safeguard customers personal information and payment processing platforms to make sure they are safe and secure.” Or something to that affect. This review is for their actions with customer confidentiality issues and for having this review removed on yelp. Long story short is employees use customer personal and confidential information for their own personal use. Charge records, home addresses and business address info have zero safety features to protect it from employees accessing it and using it to stalk and harass customers. Even on line bill pay confidential information is easily accessible by employees for their own personal use. If you use these facilities be sure to NOT use your personal information as it is not protected from employees usage. Also the online credit card bill pay is also not protected from anyone at the store as it notifies staff as well as. Shows all personal information. I don’t think I would care so much except the company had this review removed on yelp. So yeah. The complaint will be forwarded to the California State Attorney General for possible fraud investigation. Unless of course they can confirm they have fixed this lapse in security and the employee(s) who are utilizing customers personal information are terminated and all access to any Pouch Data Bases are immediately suspended.

I was finally able to speak with someone after 4 months of trying to contact the property. Unfortunately I was given the news I’d be put down on a wait list. Thanks for the follow up hope to hear from you guys soon.
