The current manager you have at your gateway Self Storage located on 11th Avenue Columbus Ohio is very unprofessional you cannot have an adult conversation with her before she starts yelling and screaming at you dealing with the public is not a business she should be in her name is Ashley. She does not deal well with people.

I was contacted by a women claiming her name was Izzy,yet her phone number came up as Stephine Dixon ,she said you would be refunding my money after being attacked at Cincinnati Storage,now she never picks up her phone nor has refunded my money as promised.Izzy is a liar. Nor has Logan given me documentation of why I was being asked to vacate my storage unit.Shady business practices.I will contact the BBB see where that goes

Love it the staff members here treat you like family assisting with any of your needs and don't mind giving a helping hand am so grateful to be doing business with this company and the view from where my storage is absolutely beautiful and management does a great job at keeping the place clean
