Prime Storage

I hated it.. In January of 2025I went and got a unit.\n To put my belongings in because I was being evicted from my home of 3 1/2 years. My understanding is for the first 3 months. It would cost me $100 to rent a 5 x 12 unit. When I went to the facility to take all my stuff there. What do you know they no longer had the unit that I was interested in? So they gave me a 5 x 10 unit they charged me more than the original price. I was willing to pay. Tried to claim that the unit was decisive that I want it when it was not. Every month the rent went up higher and higher and higher. It got to the point where I was in foreclosure It got to the point where I was in foreclosure twice. All my belongings were going to be put up for auction. I had to get help from the Boston living center. And from healthcare for the homeless to pay for the unit twice. Eventually, last month, I paid them $600 of my S. Yes. I money in order to take all my stuff out of storage. Means now I have not paid rent for January or February of this year. I have a studio apartment, and this is what it looks like.

From Day 1 I was very very impressed with this facility and its staff member Chris. Chris is a great salesman with very good customer service skills. He took me for a tour of the entire facility and showed me various sizes of locker spaces that can be used to store our School Districts supplies. While in the office, Chris also mentioned and showed me supplies, such as tape and boxes, that our company RCA SOFTWARE SYSTEMS can use for our supplies. Finally, because of Chris's excellent customer service he gave me from day 1, I've already shared my experience with all of our 14 schools and members of the community; and, RCA Software Systems Corp will be renting more units from Prime storeage -33 Traveler Street Boston MA. The manager here is very nice, helpful, and has such a positive attitude! One of my lockers was broken, and he immediately offered me a different one that was safer and more secure. I really appreciated how quickly and kindly he handled the situation. The storage unit area is also very affordable and i highly recommend!
