The Prime Storage location on W 140th St is truly excellent — the facility is clean, spacious, and affordable with no hidden fees. The staff are friendly, communicative, and always ready to help. Isaiah is especially outstanding and dependable, Katherine is attentive and detail-oriented, and Vicente is incredibly kind and helpful. Highly recommended!
