Kevin was amazing! I needed to get into a storage unit very last minute, and he made the whole process fast, easy, and stress-free. He was extremely helpful, professional, and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of right away. I really appreciated how efficient and kind he was during a stressful situation. If you’re looking for great customer service, Kevin is the person to see!

Prime Storage is a complete failure of a business, and I strongly advise against using their services. When I opened my unit, I found everything covered in a thick layer of what appeared to be drywall dust. This wasn’t an isolated incident—this debris affected the entire building, impacting multiple units, and yet they didn’t bother to inform me or any other customers proactively. The debris appeared to originate from two specific units, which are shown in the attached video. The dust damaged my electronics and other belongings and left me questioning what hazardous materials I’d been exposed to. This is a serious health hazard and a blatant violation of their obligation as a storage provider to keep items safe. Even after causing this damage, their response was appalling. I had already visited the facility and started moving out because of the condition they caused, yet the property manager called me afterward to berate me for not stopping by their office. Why would I waste more of my time engaging with them after they forced me to relocate my belongings due to their negligence? On top of that, they avoided putting anything in writing, clearly trying to dodge accountability for their actions. This isn’t the only issue I experienced. For months, they overcharged me because they failed to input my insurance information correctly. Despite numerous attempts to fix it, they never resolved the issue and actively tried to block me from escalating the matter to corporate. Prime Storage is negligent, unprofessional, and has no regard for their customers or their belongings. They allowed an entire building of units to be exposed to hazardous debris, failed to notify anyone, and then tried to bully their way out of accountability. Do not trust them with your property or your money.

Kevin and Jeff were amazing. They personally took me to my storage unit and explained how to correctly use the cylinder lock. Kevin also told me that if I needed anything to let him know. I’m a 68 year old woman and I sincerely appreciated all of his help. I’ve learned that by letting my gray hair grow out I get lots of help now. 😆 truth be told Kevin is just as nice to everyone.
