Honestly, I didn't appreciate this facility until I had to deal with another one. Very bad and unprofessional experience at the Public Storage facility in Bensenville, IL. Specifically with the manager Denise. Readers can reference the Google review I left for that store for more details. Anyways, I'm very lucky to have our storage at this facility. The Manager Maria is attentive, very personable and helpful. I will not be moving from this facility any time soon. Keep up the great work to Maria and her team!

I got a unit there just few months, but office manager Maria is best. If you have any questions or need a help, she is there to find solution for you. Looks like I will stay for longer time because of her - thank you Maria.
