Probably still the best deal in town. Other places will raise your rent 100% within just couple of months, like newly build Extra Space Storage for example; and here you get at least 6-month guarantee. Good place to rent in my opinion.

This facility lured me in with a one-year price protection promise, then increased my rent after ten months. I spent hours working getting in contact with the district manager and multiple additional phone calls getting the rent corrected. I then asked for a courtesy given their violation of the terms and the time I wasted correcting the issue. I was told that my current rent was too "good" to offer any courtesy discount... I just took my goods out of my locker and closed my account today. Please look elsewhere when searching for a storage facility. Their price-protection promise is a lie.

Great services! Friendly staff always helpful, very clean and well kept facility. Will use them again in the future if needed!
