Mike, the property manager, has excellent managerial and customer service skills. He's professional & informative. He assisted in resolving customer-created issues. For example, I misplaced/lost my unit keys and wanted to know the options. He gave them. He also gave updates during the process as I followed his recommendation. The problem was completely resolved and cost free except for the price of my new locks! Check out was seamless, too! Thanks, Mike. Thanks, Public Storage.
