Derrick was great!! I was struggling to complete my reservation online so I called the store directly. Derrick answered and was superbly helpful from the start. He suggested I came in & I did. In less than 10 minutes I had the storage space I needed. He made sure my access code worked & showed me to my storage unit. I appreciate how clean the space was & that there was a dolly available. This experience was more than amazing & for that, I would gladly recommend Public Storage to anyone looking for great professionalism & great prices.

I had to get a last minute unit a couple months ago and Derick helped me out extremely much. His patience and hospitality is amazing !! Definitely recommended and definitely get a unit from him if you want to reach customer satisfaction. Thank you again Derick !!
