He even stayed a little later to make sure that we could get everything in. These are the customer service standards that really mean so much. Would definitely recommend.

I was told that if I move out my unit before the first of the month and remove my lock, I would not have to be billed for the following month. I vacated my unit September 28th and I was sent a billed for the month of October. I was told that it was a systematic bill, and that they should have it removed, so I moved on. I have continuously received bill reminders for a month that I did not use, and when I call for assistance, I get the same answer that it will be removed and they will call to confirm…. And no follow up is ever done. I have contacted this office 3 times now to have them remove a balance they continuously tell me will be removed in 72 hours. Now this balance has been sent to collections, and I’m am still getting the same response that the balance will be removed in 3 days. Somehow, I cannot get any written documentation of this according to customer service. I cannot get this escalated. And now my credit is being damaged for a month of storage that I never used and was wrongly applied to my account. I would never recommend storing your belongings here. I now have to go through the stress of disputing this charge on my credit, the customer service is awful, 0 follow up or courtesy, and overall a terrible experience.

Absolutely Unacceptable Service – Wasted Time and Money! My experience with this public storage is simply horrible. 1. I won an auction and arrived to pick up my unit at the scheduled time. Instead, I waited almost 2 hours while some regional manager finally confirmed the release. 2. The storage unit was broken into. This shows a complete lack of security – anyone could have stolen someone else’s belongings. 3. I was promised a same-day refund. It’s been 10 days, and I haven’t received anything. Emails and calls are ignored. This is not just bad service – it’s a total failure and a risk to your property. I will never use this company again and strongly advise others to avoid it.
