What can I say? This location exceeded expectations. Jacqueline who runs the facility is amazing. She gave us a full tour, keeps the place super safe and clean, bright and well lit, introduced us to staff and security. We plan to be here a long time so we’re thankful this worked out so well.

I spoke with Ms Jacqueline on the phone and when I arrived onsite. She and Mr. Goat showed me through the facility and to my storage unit. The facility is clean and comfortable.

I haven’t moved in yet, but I’ve been comparing storage units and I’ve had a welcoming experience at this location. Ms.Jacqueline has been nice about answering questions and making me feel safe. She’s also the first woman property manager I’ve spoken to. The men at other locations were nice but Ms.Jacqueline was more reassuring to me as a single woman. To add, she helped me settle on a way to hang my clothes. As a first timer I really appreciate my storage aunty. I also spoke with A K over the phone and she was my favorite representative. Very polite, funny, and helped me understand math lol. I’ll return to comment on actual experience throughout my stay!
