Elle was very helpful in arranging my rental storage unit. It was a pleasure dealing with her. The first unit that I rented had a broken light fixture. Elle submitted requests to have it fixed, but after four months it was never repaired, so she assisted me in renting a different unit that has a working light.

Shana was on-point! She understood my emergency moving needs and set me up. Plus, she held no information back so I knew right away and up front what I'd be paying. Shana's definitely a keeper as far as crew goes. Treat her well!
