Destiny has been absolutely amazing! We misplaced our key and she truly went above and beyond to help us get into our unit. We originally thought we had never received the key, so the mistake was completely on us, yet she was still incredibly kind, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. Her communication was excellent and her customer service was outstanding. She did everything she could to help and made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend this location thanks to Destiny!

This storage facility I’ll recommend to anybody looking for a storage space around and this is because the employee on site by name Mihila was able to resolve the issue I had when I visited. He was humble and respectful and surely knows what he’s doing. He’s a kind of an employee any good boss will like to have to handle their business. Thank you Mihila, you made my day and made sure my issue was well resolved.

Destiny was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and quick to help. Even in the rain, she had no hesitation in showing me a unit and made sure it was exactly what I was looking for. An excellent experience from start to finish.
