Space Shop Self Storage

Best place in Atlanta to store your stuff! They can also store your vehicles and motorcycles, etc. also probably one of the largest storage centers I’ve seen. More importantly under new management this year so you definitely want to look here if you’re looking for any type of storage at all. The staff is awesome and Whitney Townsend did a great job of getting me in storage unit that met my need and they provide carts and different loading docks and access so you can’t go wrong. Check them out!

I have used this storage facility for the past year and have had a wonderful experience the entire time. I rent both an indoor self-storage unit and an indoor car parking space. About two months ago, I was notified through mail and phone calls that the indoor car facility would be undergoing renovations. At the time, I thought I would be able to address the situation before the required move date, but life happened. The day before my car needed to be moved, Space Shop called to check in. That’s when I realized I wasn’t sure how to handle it, as I live out of state and couldn’t take care of it in person. Terrance was incredibly accommodating and helped me work out a solution right away. Within an hour, I had a new outdoor parking space secured for my vehicle. He was very helpful coordinating with the tow company, took photos of the vehicle before and after the move for my records, and made sure I knew he was available if I needed anything else. I would highly recommend this location, and Terrance was a fantastic problem solver.

Nix was helpful and polite. Found a unit closer to front so more convenient for me! Everyone was great. Kept asking if I needed coffee or water. Excellent staff and experience.
