I had a great experience at Public Storage thanks to Mihila. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I got the unit that best fit my needs. Customer service like his really makes a difference. Mihila went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. It has been the best experience I’ve ever had with a storage company! When I first arrived it was readily available carts to move my items to my storage unit, and the facility was spotless, and well lit. Anytime I need assistance the manager Mihila at 1801 Savoy in Chamblee is the most friendliest and extremely accommodating. Whenever I call it’s like talking to an old friend. I recently had knee replacement surgery, and he was so nice, and genuinely concerned, I am so grateful, and will always be a loyal customer. Mihila is definitely an asset to the company!!! I give him 5 Stars, plus 5 more!!!

Could not have had a smoother move in process. Facilities are clean and convenient. Mihila was extremely helpful, kind and professional. He went out of his was to make sure I was taken care of and had all the information I needed to move in. Very welcoming and made sure to answer all of my questions.
