Public Storage is always been super easy to rent. Super easy to move out super easy to do any business with no matter how big or small. I highly recommend leveraging these guys because it’s typically a better price point, better security, and just overall a better customer experience.

Someone has been LIVING in my storage unit and public storage has done nothing about it. I requested to cancel my rental and a refund, the representative said they couldn’t and would have to speak with their director first (who they couldn’t give me a phone # for) and call me back. They never called back and have been dodging my phone calls, emails and voicemails. I called the general manager over Charlotte and have not gotten a call back either. ZERO help or concern. No apology. No questions. This could have been a really dangerous situation and they did not care for anyone’s safety. If I could give negative stars I would. Completely UNSAFE.

Public Storage clearly values new customers more than loyal ones. They continue to raise rent without notice, yet offer brand-new customers much cheaper rates than what longtime customers are paying. It’s frustrating. They don’t seem to appreciate customer loyalty at all. Instead, they focus on getting new customers in the door, just to raise their prices again every few months. When you question the increases, all you get is a generic “I’m sorry, I understand,” but clearly, they don’t. If you’re considering Public Storage, I strongly would not recommend this company. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.
