Great customer service at this location, Latonya was the only representative that solved my issue of making a payment at other locations. She took her time and she was patient. Since my bank change from Mastercard to discover card I have been unable to make a payment online or at other locations. Get this she was a new employee and solved my issue in minutes. Great job Latonya these 5 stars are for you.

Received excellent customer service at the Ashley Road location, thanks to Latinya! She went above and beyond to help me with my storage rental needs; and she did it joyfully and without “attitude”. Latinya was patient with showing me the actual units I was interested in; and she made sure that I was satisfied with my storage choice. You can tell that she enjoys working with people. Came there with my sister to get stuff out her storage, and I was going to get one but the PRICES ARE WAY TO HIGH...however The lady Latinya Ortiz was so kind, sweet and compassionate. I had questions and she answered them without any frustration...I wish I knew how to get in touch with her BOSS because shes the best and company's don't find good hearted workers like her anymore
