I had a great experience at Public Storage thanks to Brittany! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and helped me find the perfect unit for my needs. The property is clean and well maintained, and you can tell Brittany genuinely cares about customer service. It’s rare to find someone who is both efficient and personable. If you’re looking for storage and want an easy, pleasant experience, ask for Brittany. She’s amazing!

I initially booked a unit online, but when I arrived it wasn’t large enough for my needs. I had a frustrating experience trying to get the refund processed through the 800 number, even after being told it would be taken care of. Thankfully, Brittany, the manager at this location, stepped in and handled everything quickly and professionally. She was friendly, understanding, and made sure the issue was fully resolved. Really appreciated her help and the great customer service at the local level.
