Valerie is always amazing and helpful. I don't know when she ever has time off because it seems like she's here EVERYDAY. From sun up till after dark. Great people skills, professional yet personable.

Valerie was a delight to conduct business with. As she is always very personable and extremely helpful every time I or my family has been in contact with her. She’s answered any and all questions with not only precise details but also with prompt timing. Each time I’ve had Valerie as your companies customer service representative she has been poised and polished, as she not has the brains for her job but the beauty as well. Her appearance doesn’t simply meet the criteria for a public position it clearly surpasses it. If I was asked my recommendation for Public Storage based solely on my interaction with Valerie I would give it my highest. I would consider her as your most valuable employee and a crucial assist to your company.

Angela was a great help to me. She called to let me know that my unit was locked in an open position. She stayed by my side and helped me to make sure my unit was locked properly. All of my belongings were right where I left them. Thank you Angela for your help!
