I had such a great experience at Public Storage thanks to Ben! This is my first time ever getting a storage unit and I had no idea what I was doing. He went completely out of his way to help me with everything and made the whole process so easy. I didn’t have to wait for a single thing. He was patient, helpful, and just genuinely the best. If you need help, ask for Ben!

He took his time to ensure that I understood the contract and procedures. I was well informed when he was done. I wanted to take the opportunity to write a Glowing review for Ben. I have been a Long time customer of this location and wanted to move to a storage facility closer to my home. Ben patiently listened to my needs, addressed all of my questions and helped me get transferred to another Public Storage very close to my home. My transfer went seamlessly and Ben assigned my new unit and access code on the spot the day I was moving out. Easy Peasy! Great Customer Service is a rarity these days and I sincerely appreciate it when I find it. Thanks again Ben, you're a keeper!! I also want to give a shout out to Leigha (I may have the spelling wrong) who was in the office the day I was moving out and was also very kind and helpful.
