DEC 30, 2025. I no longer need a large storage unit, and decided to downsize to a smaller one. I talked with Valerie and the D. M. Jeremiah who was at this location not too long ago. They were both very helpful. More recently Samantha was here, and answered my questions. She told me she would be working at other locations, and Natalie would be coming here. I met Natalie Sunday, and she provided several options on smaller size units, and the prices. When I returned Tuesday she helped me to complete my rental lease agreement, answering all my questions. After I finished moving everything into my smaller unit I went to the office to finalize everything. Marina was there and received confirmation from Jeremiah on one important issue. Everything was resolved. Jeremiah, Natalie, Marina, Samantha, and Valerie were attentive, courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. They all provided me with great customer service. One issue I've noticed is that there are several security lights that are not working, and need to be replaced. The best deterrent to crime is a bright, well lit, secure property with a good camera surveillance system. Please address and resolve this very critical security issue immediately. I'll be providing an update soon.

I moved a lot in my time and Natalie helped me during a really stressful move and made the whole storage process smooth. She was kind, knowledgeable, and didn’t rush me and walked me through pricing, access, and security, and made sure I understood everything while I was going through a rough time. Great customer service from start to finish.

I came in because one of my units was broken into. Both young ladies Samantha were helping me. They are both very nice and helpful, I certainly appreciate the wonderful and friendly service that they provided. Thank you!
