Public Storage

I am moving my daughter’s furniture out of Public Storage on Blake Street in Denver and am happy to write another great review. Segen, the onsite manager has been so pleasant and helpful. I have mobility issues related to recent surgery and she offered me a comfortable chair and placed it so I can watch the move taking place today. She also offered to make sure the storage unit is clean after the move, which is a huge help to me with my health situation. I highly recommend this storage facility if you need one in Denver. It’s so impressive to have not one, but two incredible managers onsite to assist with last minute issues.

I had a very good experience at this storage facility with Finn, the facility manager. My daughter has stored her furniture and other belongings for about 2 years while she was settling in a different city. She’s ready to have her things moved but wants to assure that her stored items are still usable before going to the expense of moving them. Finn was kind enough to check on my daughter’s items and assured me that they are in fact wrapped and in good condition. Since I will be flying to Denver and staying overnight to supervise the move, Finn was very helpful in calming my trepidation regarding this move. Finn is an absolute pleasure to work with and highly professional.

Im sure I did like we all do and shopped around. Well it didn't take long to find the perfect spot. I called customer service on the phone and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. Then I get to the location and the front desk lady was truly amazing! I would drive from new mexico to store my things at this location. Good job team public storage!
