The staff is super helpful. I was having a very difficult time reserving a unit on-line. Roxanne first off, helped me over the phone. Then I came to the office and she solved all the issues I was having. Professionals like Roxanne make dealing with Public Storage a whole lot easier. Thanks a lot, Roxanne!

You can tell a lot about a company by how its employees treat you. Roxanne consistently showed herself to be helpful, professional, kind, and courteous. In life and business, it’s easy to lose sight of simple humanity, especially when money is involved. That’s why I truly appreciate the way Roxanne treats people with genuine care and respect.

I hope to be able to update to a better rating but so far it feels like a scam; specifically the $1 for the first month. Multiple trips in person and the “office hours” do not apply-even though the business states it is open. I guess I am more in shock to receive a full bill when I’ve yet to place a single item into storage. Again feels scammy to get you to sign up with their “$1 for the first month” and then bill you in full, not prorated.
