To Danielle, Lucy’s manager, I hope you’re reading this because Lucy shouldn’t be a manager and needs customer service and interpersonal communication skills training and likes playing solitaire on her phone during business hours and gets annoyed when that’s disturbed by customers or her staff. Giving 3 stars because the “manager” Lucy is very rude and acts like she hates her job and her staff and seems bothered when she has to do her job. Matthew on the other hand deserves 5 stars, he was very kind, informative, and very helpful and is a genuinely nice person. It was frustrating hearing Lucy’s attitude with both me and Matthew. Firstly the front door is locked, so when I pulled on it and Lucy got up to open it, but then stood in the doorway as if to keep me from coming in, it was a very awkward pause but I walked in anyway. I asked about seeing the unit and she had Matthew show me, when another customer walked in Matthew let her know someone came in and she responded with “OKAAAY?” Then after I had viewed the unit I wasn’t able to complete the online purchase and come back until about an hour or so later. When I came back and realized that the ground floor unit had already been snatched up and asked Matthew if there’s really none left, he was polite and said unfortunately no. Lucy said “oh you didn’t do it right then”, I said no I couldn’t at the moment and she said well that’s what happens. I of course told her that was rude, all while still in front of that other customer. She pretended not to hear me tell her that, but Lucyyy when you’re reading this: do better. I was nice, and I’m not the reason you hate your job or life and neither is Matthew.

They were so nice. The elevator was down (not a normal occurrence) on move-in and they quickly helped me change to a ground floor. Quick on the freeway from Georgetown too.

DeNisha helped me with my online reservation and she was amazing. Great follow up, friendly, helpful. Much more personal customer service than I was expecting. The building is clean and the 5x5 unit I got was larger than I expected. There are lots of carts available for moving in. Very satisfied, especially for the price and location.
