Went to go look at my unit before moving in my stuff later this month, Corey was the manager there and he was so kind and answered all of my questions! Although it was not the most convenient time for him, I never felt rushed or like he was in a hurry!

The customer service here is extremely disrespectful. Getting in touch with a property manager is near impossible. You have to make an appointment and come in person. They only offer discounts to rent once per year and otherwise increase with "no cap or lock in rate" so you could be charged thousands of dollars per month in theory. Not sure I would like to try that out. They offer "promotional" rates online, so while you are paying hundreds of dollars more than the online offer, they will let you know that they will adjust your rental rate depending on "market demand." When you ask the customer service representative, just know that they will never answer you directly and will speak over you in a very disrespectful manner. I do not recommend this rental facility.
