Ms. April helped me out on 2 separate occasions, and I am writing to make sure that those in Public Storage upper management are aware that they have a superstar as an employee. She is patient, diligent and very understanding. She goes above and beyond for customers and I personally observed her being super helpful to a gentleman who was ahead of me in line-- before she even got to me. She is very knowledgeable and can answer any questions thrown at her, without having to repeat the tired phrase "call customer service!" Her recommendations have helped me save $$ on my monthly bill (what is probably THE MOST IMPORTANT to any PS customer), and she should be recognized duly by management for her selfless efforts!

I met with Miss April today and she was very helpful and nice with helping me while I was Frustrated because I did not know how to make a payment. She was patient with me and took me through the whole process of how to make a payment. Overall, it was one of the best customer services I’ve ever been through and I want to thank April for it.

I was really frustrated after searching and searching because all the storage places were way too expensive. Then I found this one, and from the very first call, they offered real promotions — not like those places that change the deal when you show up. April helped me from the start and was super kind. Everything went smoothly the first day, but the space didn’t work for me, and April helped me again to find one that fit my needs perfectly. Great service and excellent customer care!
