I have used this storage facility a few times and everyone that I have met so far are very professional and helpful. Thanks to everyone working her for your kind service. It's nice to be treated with respect and kindness from. Everyone you meet.

**BEWARE** UNMANNED LOCATION. WAS SCAMMED INTO RENTING WITHOUT EVEN SEEING THE UNITS. Several issues to be aware of..There is no manager on site as promised. No security, no way to contact management even during business hours. Call and get transfered to 4-5 people and ultimately hung up on. SCAM! advertised 1st month FREE. Was told we needed to pay $30 administration fee and buy a $8 dollar lock from them for $23. Nearly $60 out of pocket FOR EACH OF THE TWO RENTED SPACES. NEXT, 4 days later, a bill for nearly $40, FOR EACH UNIT! stating it is a pro rated charge... Was never told anything of the like from the management when signing up. All in, roughly $90 for your 1st month free.. NEXT, A LATE FEE FOR THE PRORATED SCAM. IT NEVER STOPS! TRY TO CANCEL, Call to resolve, nobody will even acts like they are trying to help. JUST A RIPOFF! NEXT, **BEWARE** THIS LOCATION HAS METAL POLES UP THAT MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE TO NAVIGATE IN AND OUT IF YOU HAVE EVEN A GARDEN TRAILER or CREWCAB PICKUP. THEY NEVER TELL YOU THIS. LOOKING AT THE POLES, YOU CAN SEE THEY HAVE BEEN HIT WHAT LOOKS LIKE HUNDREDS OF TIMES, HALF OF THEM BENT. THIS MAKES THE FACILITY TOTALY USELESS TO USE. NO TURN AROUND AREA! **SECURITY** ABSOLUTELY ZERO, NONE. WANT YOUR STUFF STOLEN? THIS IS YOUR GO TO. We rented 2 units under the 1st month free scam ONLINE. We immediately cancelled one of the units as we had not even opened it due to all of the above. SCAM, all fees and charges kept. NO REFUND, even though the facility is useless. This place is terrible AND GROSSLY MISREPRESENTED...
