I was at the Public Storage today at 1355 NE 119TH ST. NORTH MIAMI. I WAS ATENDED BY A EMPLOYEE NAMED Mrs Gertrude. I have no words enough to congratulate her. Great customer service, Netta took good care of me and showed me the available spaces, and completed my reservation for me. Keep in mind this is first come first serve, regardless of the online reservation.

Just rented a unit in Marana and to e ease off it was amazing. After moving cross country to come here the manager John was so helpful Sam’s understanding. He took the time to help us get the right unit and even walked us to it and answered all our questions with patience and understanding. John thank you so much for all your help!!!!
