I cannot explain the perfect transaction I had with Miss Valia in just a few words but excellent, outstanding, easy, amazing, friendly, helpful and many other positive adverbs come to mind. I will do business at this location again just because Miss Valia made my day. My job is not easy and today my job was easier because of Miss Valia. Thank you for a great experience.

I'm a tenant at the public storage at 8490 SW 124th Ave. Yesterday I went with my family, to declutter my storage unit. Upon my arrival there was no dollies for me to use. Hours later I went down multiple times looking for a dollies. Still there was none for me to use. As I spoke to the employee working at the front desk. I informed him of my situation. And at the 1st floor lobby there's a professional moving company that heard me talking. And told me that he had all the dollies, because he has been there for 8hours. And he's moving 4 units. As a professional moving company he should have been using his own carts not the storage ones. He left 6 other tenants including me without dollies. I had to drive home to get my own. That's unfair disrespectful to others, and Inconsiderate. The employee working agreed with the moving company. He told me that I can use it after they have finished. He needs to be fired or retained in public service in which is what he works in. And does not now how to do it. This should had never happen. Should it happen again. Policy should be if someone is using all of them. One should be released upon request. Everyone should have a dollie when coming to the storage unit with the exception if they are all out but Noone has more than 1.

Valia was amazing and very helpful. Didn’t hesitate to jump to assist with my questions and concerns. Valia is exemplary and extraordinarily amazing and her customer service is above average. Thank you Valia for your assistance
