It was my greatest honor to know Lourdes as she is nothing short of a superstar. She treats people like friends and not customers. Lourdes takes the time to find out what you really need as the last thing she is, is a salesperson. Her kindness is only surpassed by her decency and unlimited professionalism. If PS is truly interested in being the top brand in the storage industry, find a way to clone her and place her throughout your entire system.
